As a 35 year old male, I should have good energy levels. However, with a very stressful job and a busy lifestyle plus a young family, I found that I was absolutely exhausted all the time. Unfortunately, the fatigue began to creep into my daily routine and I even began to feel sleepy at work, which affected my performance. I no longer had the energy to play with my children and my social life more or less came to a standstill. My wife encouraged me to see my doctor who ran a variety of tests on me and found there was (thankfully) nothing sinister but diagnosed me with chronic fatigue, recommending plenty of rest, a healthy diet and to take exercise (which I already did). Nothing I didn’t already know so I wasn’t surprised, however, was disappointed that there was no “miracle” cure. An older family member had used Sound Pharmacy for an illness and suggested I look at the website to find something that may help alleviate my constant exhaustion. With little to lose, I downloaded a suitable healing sound and to my absolute delight, I found it energized me (albeit only slightly to begin with) while at the same time, it was also a truly relaxing experience. After careful use over a couple of months, the sound frequency pretty much restored my old, energetic self and I no longer find myself feeling sleepy at work or unable to rouse myself in the morning. In fact, I am raring to go and find myself very alert, revitalized and enjoying my life again. I also sleep remarkably well, waking up feeling refreshed. I recommend whoever reads this to it!
